Great hotel for a night stop over to Luton airport. Close to the bus station and local foods. The room was a bit small but had a bed and a shower. Plus airrcon for the summer days. Great and clean.

I would never go back again, this place have nothing except one dirty bed and a toilet. If you are alone you still find it very tight, no space for your backpack forget about anything bigger then backpack, one small chair nd a tiny table that you can only put your keys and a glass that’s about it, no coat hanger, no iron, not even a plastic glass for water not even tissues for hand dry. The service from staff is very moody especially the one who was working around 11am on Thursday 10th July he was very rude and everyone else was ok. Out of 20* i would give 2*.

No window very warm in the room. No air conditioner reception controls it. Chair near the bed to put phone on No bedside table. Toilet over flowed in the bathroom. Sinks have seen there day. Not smelling very nice. Would not stay again. Staff was ok.

It was a very small room and next to a pub so it was quite loud on a Saturday evening up until early Sunday morning We had a flight so the location was great. It’s affordable as well so good for using it just to sleep

De ideale plek voor 1 overnachting bij een vroege of late vlucht en een prima bed en hygiëne doch buiten de kamer verder niet veel meegekregen. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

The administration is useless they lack good customer care support they are very ridiculous and not flexible and not customer friendly stay away from this hotel
